What it is
Prices, Evictions and Available Homes cover house pricing, availability searches and removing a tenant.
Requirements
- Managers need an eligible building region and sign when creating housing.
- Tenants need an available room or house and enough coins for its rent.
How it works
Each room or house has a protected area, an availability state and a list of players who may use it.
When you rent a property, you become its tenant and receive access until the rental ends or you are evicted. Trusted players may also be granted access where supported.
